Distance Learning - Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
Course Overview
The EDI Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement is intended for those who wish to assess both occupational competence in the work environment and vocational skills, knowledge and understanding in environments other than the workplace (for example a workshop, classroom or other training environment). Throughout the duration of the course, candidates will assess two learners over two assessments. Learners will be provided for the duration of the course.
This is a qualification of 15 credits consisting of the following mandatory units:
Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment
Assess Vocational Skills, Knowledge and Understanding
Assess Occupational Competence in the Work Environment
Duration: 5 Days

Learners attending the Assessor Course must hold a teaching qualification (Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) or above).
