While London Waterloo Academy does not offer accommodation, we can provide valuable advice and support. We have a long-term agreement with HFS London Limited, which offers homestay accommodation as well as private flats and houses. Our Student Welfare Services can offer guidance on various housing-related matters, including tenancy agreements and deposits.

We also recommend AXO Student Living, an affordable, purpose-built student accommodation provider. AXO is flexible during the summer months, accommodating guests from non-student backgrounds as well.
