Are you looking for a fulfilling, secure, and financially rewarding career in healthcare, but don’t know where to start? Becoming a qualified dental nurse is one of the most reliable and exciting career paths in the UK today. Better yet, you don’t need any prior experience to get started.
At London Waterloo Academy, our
Here is everything you need to know about starting your journey toward becoming a registered dental professional.
Why Choose the NEBDN Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing?
The National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) Diploma is an internationally recognized qualification regulated by Ofqual.
Completing this course means you will be fully eligible to register with the GDC as a Qualified Dental Nurse.
Key Benefits of the Course:
-
No Experience Required: We teach you everything from A to Z.
-
Earn While You Learn: Gain a minimum of 16 hours of paid work experience per week at a dental practice while studying.
-
High Exam Pass Rate: Our academy boasts a spectacular 98% exam pass rate, supported by a team of dental professionals, dentists, and examiners.
-
Flexible Study Options: Balance your lifestyle with our hybrid/blended mode of study (combining traditional class-based tuition with virtual/livestream Zoom learning).
The Power of a Paid Practical Placement
Finding a job when you have no prior experience can feel like a catch-22. That’s why our course is specifically structured to bridge the gap.
While students without a placement are given a conditional 3 months from the start of the course to secure one, London Waterloo Academy makes this process simple.
As a registered student, you will get exclusive access to our list of partner practices. Working a minimum of 16 hours a week, you’ll earn a trainee salary (averaging around £23,000 pro-rata per annum) while building the essential hands-on skills required for your Record of Experience (RoE).
