This intensive class based 10 weeks (part time) Airline Cabin Crew course will give you all information and tools you will need to become successful job candidate. How will you learn?
The course based on theory and external practical classes with British Airways, Virgin Atlantic or TUI Aviation includes:

Aircraft door operations and Passenger Evacuation drills from the crew seat.
A320 slide decent, Fire and Smoke drills.
Pilot Incapacitation and Immediate Care drills including CPR and Defibrillator training.

Course Entry Requirements:
English Language at B2 (CEFR) level or above.

This is quite important because, for better or for worse, English is the international language. Therefore, your future fly-mates and customers would expect you to speak English.

What if I speak broken English or have a strong accent? What can I do? Frantic mode ON.

Being a member of an airline cabin crew team, also known as a flight attendant or air steward, is considered an exciting and glamorous job, and there are many highly important aspects to the roles and responsibilities it entails, not least when considering that cabin crew act as the first and main point of contact for passengers while in flight, whether for safety or customer service reasons. For these reasons, our students are highly and rigorously trained before completing their course and moving on to employment.

How to become Flight Attendant?

Airline companies may have up to 9 interview stages (depends on the company). When you apply, the first stage of the process will require your CV and to answer some screening and application questions to demonstrate your experience in relation to the Cabin Crew role.

If successful through this stage of the process you will then be invited to a second stage – it could be:

complete a short video interview where you will be asked some further questions around your experience.
an assessment day in which you will be invited to attend and this will involve group exercises and an individual interview in order to find out more about you (this is opportunity to really show your passion for joining the company and how your experience relates to the role)

When applying for Cabin Crew job, companies have selection day or online tests as a first stage, after which, they will take a closer look at applicants CV, skills and experience. If you completed Airline Cabin Crew course (at least 70 hours), your application will stand out and you can get an offer from the first round. You will be able to pass all tasks during interview process as you will have knowledge about Cabin Crew role. Unprepared candidates will have to wait 6 months from original application in order to reapply.

When you will become Cabin Crew member, you’ll still be taught specifics of Airline company through companies internal training. And your learning won’t stop there! Airline companies have standards – you’ll have to complete yearly exams to ensure you are up to date with your safety and security training and you’ll also be checked on your knowledge before each flight.

Crew seat challenge take a seat into the aircraft cabin crew seat and strap in for landing.(mandatory)

Reach challenge Aircraft doors and operation including the manual inflation handle operation from a standing position (mandatory)

Airline Cabin Crew requirements are as is the industry standard, outside the European Union may differ:

Age 18+Airline Cabin Crew
Height 5’2″ (158cm) to 6’3″ (190cm) with weight in proportion to height
Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment, and a visual acuity of 6/9 (aided or unaided)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written (this will be tested)
If you are based in Europe you will need to be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to be based, and in English (this will be tested)
Able to swim 25m unaided (without a floatation device) and tread water for at least 1 minute
The right to live and work in the UK without restriction and ability to fulfil all requirements for the role
A passport allowing you to travel freely within the EEA and to all destinations without restriction
Confident in a customer facing role (with a minimum of 6 months experience)
Good standard of education
No visible tattoos or body piercing which cannot be covered discreetly
Able to arrive at your chosen base within 60-90 minutes and be prepared to make this journey every day, at any time of the day
A verifiable 5 year history
It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
