WHAT IS FLIGHT ATTENDANT?
Flight attendant/Airline Cabin Crew/Stewardess/Air Hostess are the most visible, glamorous jobs of all airline employees. A Flight Attendant is someone whose primary duty is to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during a flight. They are members of an aircrew team , who operate a commercial, business or even military aircraft while travelling domestically or internationally.
Airline Cabin Crew requirements are as is the industry standard, outside the European Union may differ:
- Age 18+Airline Cabin Crew
- Height 5’2″ (158cm) to 6’3″ (190cm) with weight in proportion to height
- Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment, and a visual acuity of 6/9 (aided or unaided)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (this will be tested)
- If you are based in Europe you will need to be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to be based, and in English (this will be tested)
- Able to swim 25m unaided (without a floatation device) and tread water for at least 1 minute
- The right to live and work in the UK without restriction and ability to fulfil all requirements for the role
- A passport allowing you to travel freely within the EEA and to all destinations without restriction
- Confident in a customer facing role (with a minimum of 6 months experience)
- Good standard of education
- No visible tattoos or body piercing which cannot be covered discreetly
- Able to arrive at your chosen base within 60-90 minutes and be prepared to make this journey every day, at any time of the day
- A verifiable 5 year history
- It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster.
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.

English Language at B2 (CEFR) level or above.

This is quite important because, for better or for worse, English is the international language. Therefore, your future fly-mates and customers would expect you to speak English.

We provide A-Z guidance starting from before and after the course. Your tutor will guide you through the online course to graduation which you will be welcome to attend. What a joy it would be to meet your tutor and classmates in real life!!
You will have:
According to the timetable- 1 lessons per week for 9 consecutive weeks.
Exams and final exam based on which the certificate will be issued.
On successful completion you will hold: Airline Cabin Crew certificate in Current Airline Training Standards and Equipment.
